POST FIXTURE / VOYAGE MANAGEMENT
End to End support for the contemplated Voyage (closure of the File)
- Engage with all the Voyage stake holders including the Master, Agents obtain all the relevant data scrutinize and maximize the cargo lift.
- Monitoring vessel performance at the Sea and port.
- Communicate with Master / Owners / Port agents / Stevedores / Receivers / Routing agency and other related parties to ensure optimum performance at sea and fast turn around at port
- Negotiate and appoint Port Agents ,Draft, Bunker and Pre-shipment surveyors ,Routing agencies , Hull cleaning services etc
- Evaluate Speed claims, vessel performance and other contractual disputes and engage with all the stakeholders for closure on best terms.
